The Six Rituchakra (Seasons) as per Ayurveda:

According to Ayurveda, Hemant Ritu (mid-November to mid-January) is the season when Agni (digestive fire) becomes strongest. The cool climate and stable environment enhance digestion and metabolism — making it the best time to nourish and strengthen the body.
